Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time. This removes your account and all of its data. You cannot undo it.

Before you start

• Cancel your plan first. You cannot delete an account with an active subscription. See Billing and cancellation.
• Export what you want to keep. After the delete, your reports are gone. See Export to CSV.
• Remove the tracking script from your websites. The script does not harm your site, but it has nowhere to send data after the delete.

Delete your account

1. Open Account. Go to the Delete account card at the bottom.
2. Type the email of your account in the field.
3. Click Delete my account. The button works only when the email is correct.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile.
• All websites that you added, with all their analytics, goals, funnels, alerts, revenue data, imports, and team invites.
• All your uptime monitors, with their checks and incidents.
• Your access to websites that other people shared with you. Their websites do not change.

Your data is removed from the live database at once. Copies can stay in the daily backups for a maximum of 14 days, and then they are deleted too.

Delete less

• One website: open the website, then Settings, and click Delete this website at the bottom. This deletes the website and all its analytics data.
• One shared website: on the Websites page, click Leave next to it.
• One visitor's email: see Privacy and your data.
