Devices
Device types, browsers, and operating systems.
The Devices report shows what your visitors use to open your website. Open it from Devices in the sidebar.
What you see
- A summary: the top device type, the top browser, and the top operating system.
- Device: Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet, with a bar that shows the share of each.
- Browser: for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
- Operating system: for example Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Where the data comes from
Each browser sends a short description of itself with every request (the "user agent"). Dodolytics reads the device, browser, and operating system from it. The script does not collect any other information about the device.
